The theme this month (Oct 2010) was to create a show based on progression. I went with the idea that a story is a progression of situations (scenes?). And in the case of a slideshow, we often have a progression of images linked one to the next to navigate our audience through the story. To have a little fun with it, I wanted a "story" where the start and end points were radically different. With this being October and all, I also chose a "destination" that might be a bit different and unexpected.
The other side of this show was an experiment in how the images were actually generated. WCAG is all about improving our visual storytelling skills. That doesn't mean the visual components have to come from photographs! Was it effective? you be the judge.
